RE: Can I copy calender entries of my chef in to the secretaries calender?

This should be possible by copying and pasting if the person doing the copy/paste has the necessary access to both databases. However, I am wondering what is trying to be achieved here as there may be another more practical alternative.

For example, if you are trying to have one person be aware of another person's itinerary then you can use Delegation profiles so that a person can see other user's calendars from their own client.

Or, if this is in relation to meeting schedules you could use the features of Calendaring & Scheduling to send invitations and have users accept / decline. Acceptance would automatically have an entry placed into the person's calendar.
